Interview Questions

1.  What’s one strategy your business used recently that created meaningful growth?

I’ve been working on posting more consistently on LinkedIn, building a YouTube channel, and connecting with business owners to validate a new 90-day business growth program.
The program is designed for small groups of 6–12 business owners who want to grow their businesses by following a structured process.

2.  How has AI or technology changed the way you operate or serve clients?

AI has become my virtual assistant. It now handles many of the routine tasks that used to take hours out of my week, allowing me to focus my time and energy elsewhere.

3.  What’s a customer insight you discovered that changed the way you do business?

I’ve realized how important it is to validate what I plan to offer before bringing it to market.
By engaging directly with business owners, I can better understand their needs and make sure I’m developing something that delivers real value.

4. If a business had to improve ONE area to grow faster in the next 90 days, what should it be?

Talk to people and be visible.
Business owners need to get out there, have conversations, and make connections. Building relationships and making sure people know who you are and what you offer are important steps toward growing a business.

5.  What’s one thing you do consistently that keeps your pipeline healthy?

I’m still working on finding the right approach. Building a consistent, healthy pipeline is something I’m continuing to develop.

6.  What’s a decision you made in the last year that had a bigger impact than you expected, and what led you to make it?:

I haven’t identified a particular decision that stands out yet. I’m still evaluating what works best as I continue developing my business.

7.  What’s one process you streamlined that made a noticeable difference in efficiency or results?

Incorporating AI into my daily workflow has made a noticeable difference.
I’m using it to handle tasks that previously consumed a considerable amount of time, allowing me to work more efficiently and focus on other priorities.

8. What book, podcast, or resource has influenced your thinking or business decisions lately and why?

Bob Burg’s The Go-Giver series has been an influential resource for me.
I also regularly discuss my business ideas and plans with my AI “buddy.” It’s become a useful sounding board that helps me explore ideas and think through different approaches

3 Key Takeaways

# 1

Validate Your Ideas Before Investing Your Resources Before launching a new product or service, talk directly with potential customers. Understanding their needs helps ensure you’re creating something valuable rather than spending time and money on an untested idea.

# 2

Use AI to Free Up Time for What Matters  AI can take over routine, repetitive tasks that once consumed hours of your week. The real benefit isn’t simply getting things done faster; it’s having more time to focus on customers, business development, and higher-value work.

# 3

Business Growth Starts With Conversations Visibility matters, but meaningful relationships are what create opportunities. Make time to connect with other business owners, understand their challenges, and build relationships that can lead to future business.
