Interview Questions

1.  What’s one strategy your business used recently that created meaningful growth?

Long-form Content creation – podcast guesting, repurposing it to posts, articles, videos, and carousels. It leads to deep conversation, trust transferred from other audiences’ brands have already been established, and easy repurposing and 10x faster distribution.

2.  How has AI or technology changed the way you operate or serve clients?

I’m a solofounder. Everything must be automated or delegated. AI operates around 90% of my business. from pitching my clients to shows to researching the most suitable ones.

3.  What’s one thing you stopped doing that actually helped your business grow?

Saying yes to other people’s plans, or searching for a co-founding team. I think a ship has to have one captain, and i think that some of the “collaborations” or people that come to you with opportunities don’t really serve you, so you need to learn how to say no.

4.  What’s a customer insight you discovered that changed the way you do business?

A board that the client created for himself to track the appearances.

5. If a business had to improve ONE area to grow faster in the next 90 days, what should it be?

Change your offer. Work on that because some are grand slam offers, and some would only take you to first base. and also, create a waitlist for everything, even before building it.

6.  What’s one thing you do consistently that keeps your pipeline healthy?

Speak on podcasts and reach out to past guests of shows i’ve been on 😉 that’s my secret play.

7.  What’s a decision you made in the last year that had a bigger impact than you expected, and what led you to make it?:

Rebrand my business. from just another service of my other company BoldPMM.com to Podstar.me . i’ve decided to go deep in and make something to be proud of and a movement out of podcasting.

8.  What’s one process you streamlined that made a noticeable difference in efficiency or results?

Posting on LinkedIn.

9. What book, podcast, or resource has influenced your thinking or business decisions lately and why?

So many. I love reading. I do that with Audible and my Kindle, so I just sprint books. Usually, it’s a business-related book, and I read a chapter and then implement it in my business. So to start: Alex Hormozi (ALL OF HIS 3 BOOKS), Secret Experts of Russell Brunson, Naval Ravikant, and more.

3 Key Takeaways

# 1

Growth comes from maximizing every conversation.
Gal’s strategy centers on long-form podcast appearances that are repurposed into articles, videos, and social Content. Rather than constantly creating from scratch, he extends the life of every interview to build credibility, trust, and ongoing visibility.

# 2

Systems and focus create leverage.

# 3

Strong brands are built through consistency and positioning.
From rebranding to PodStar to consistently speaking on podcasts and refining his offer, Gal demonstrates that sustainable growth comes from being intentional about positioning, nurturing relationships, and creating a recognizable presence in the market.
