Always be thinking about what is the biggest blocker for company growth and working on solving that first.

We automate as much as possible. For example, it used to take us 15 minutes to send out a proposal, and now it takes us under 10 seconds through automation.

Review my pipeline and constantly reach out to potential clients
7. What’s a decision you made in the last year that had a bigger impact than you expected, and what led you to make it?:
Hire a coach. He totally changed my way of thinking about how to be a CEO and how to run my business. I did it because I felt stuck and we were not moving as fast as I had wanted.

It used to take us 15 minutes to send out a proposal, then we automated the whole process and now it takes us under 10 seconds to send out a proposal to a client. And when they sign the contract, it sets up a whole onboarding workflow automatically.
