1. What’s one strategy your business used recently that created meaningful growth?
Crafted and defined and posted consistently to LinkedIn a multi-series of topics each centered around branding, ai, marketing, positioning and many more …all akin to my expertise and offerings. I also recorded many of these on video with me speaking to camera, thereby presenting me to prospects… building visibility, credibility and authority
2. How has AI or technology changed the way you operate or serve clients?
I have utilized Ai in a variety of ways: research, initial structure for storytelling, developing compliance language Also I have used various ai tools in building storyboards, scripts, imagery and even producing music
3. What’s one thing you stopped doing that actually helped your business grow?
I stopped fighting to learn how to do some tasks that in the end only enable mediocre acceptable work but with a lot of effort. So I partner and sub many efforts.
4. What’s a customer insight you discovered that changed the way you do business?
Customers are often focused on execution to meet an immediate need. They come with their own measure of urgency. And they often now try to create it themselves with such a DIY culture. So i tend now more than ever to ask more questions, listen better and try to help them see the big picture more.
5. If a business had to improve ONE area to grow faster in the next 90 days, what should it be?
Simplify and state clearly what your business does and who you do it for and then amplify that message. And seek successful and happy customers to act as your ambassadors offering testimonials and referrals.
6. What’s one thing you do consistently that keeps your pipeline healthy?
I consistently promote what I do best and why that should be relevant and meaningful to your success. Using case studies and voice of authority to present with credibility.
7. What’s a decision you made in the last year that had a bigger impact than you expected, and what led you to make it?:
Created a growing series of topical videos and written stories for social postings and for stage speaking
8. What’s one process you streamlined that made a noticeable difference in efficiency or results?
Made a smarter evaluation and on how many and which networking groups to participate in and how frequent to be beneficial to me rather then a strain
9. What book, podcast, or resource has influenced your thinking or business decisions lately and why?
“Audacious” by Mari Schaefer is all about how we face and embrace ai and how we as humans stay in front its promise. “Steal The Show” by Michael Port… on the preparation to own the stage and create breakthrough impact “Talk Like Ted” what it means to storytell with focus and clarity, efficiently and in a way that moves people to change
